As your coach, I believe it is my mission to support and empower individuals and their families on their wellness journey. After nearly 20 years as a physical therapist, struggling with my own health and life challenges, I returned to school to become a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
My own health journey brought me to my life’s purpose so that I can now help you with general health and wellness or more specific guidance for gut and brain health. I've been through the autoimmune and SIBO/IBS struggles. I personally follow the PreCODE 2.O program for prevention of cognitive decline as someone at risk for Alzheimer's. So whether you want general support with health and wellness or need guidance for gut and brain health, I'm ready to help you every step of the way.
By creating sustainable habits with small actionable changes, you can have transformative results. You have the ability within yourself to reach your goals, I'm just here to help you get there.
